Your portfolio dashboard is where you'll find critical alerts, reminders, and information about your portfolio's financial status. With the complexity of managing a portfolio for landlords increasing all the time, the dashboard gives you peace of mind that everything is in order.
Reminders and messages
Provestor's powerful reminder system keeps track of important upcoming deadlines including overdue rent and bills, payroll reminders and even tax returns.
Taking care of any actions when they appear on your dashboard is a great way to ensure you are up to date and don’t miss any important deadlines. It's also how you let out team know when you are ready for us to complete tax returns and year end accounts.
Any items in red are nearing a deadline or overdue and need urgent attention.
Interactive LiveCash
LiveCash is a summary of your cash position that you can click to explore. It updates in real time as you update your records in Provestor and is designed to give you an at a glance view of your company’s finances that you can explore and use it to help with financial decisions.

Cash balance
This chart gives you a rolling balance of your bank accounts over the past 12 months.
Income and expenses
These charts show the split of your income and expenses for your accounting period.
In the case of a limited company, it is from the first day of your company financial year to date. For a personal portfolio, the period is 6th April to date.
