James Poyser
CEO
The man at the helm of Provestor, setting the company direction and bringing his creative ideas to life. His blend of technical knowledge and marketing expertise inspire the team to deliver a 5* experience. Passionate about innovation, he’s constantly looking at ways to progress the service and accounting app. When away from his PC, he’ll be spending quality time with his family, snapping their adventures with his SLR.

Matt Poyser
COO
An advocate of working SMART, Matt’s our client champion. He uses his analytical mind to constantly find better ways of working, ultimately making for a better client experience. He’s also a property investor and uses his personal experiences to deliver solutions to landlords' problems. When he’s not creating lean processes, Matt’s with his family, travelling, camping and BBQing.

Paul Nicklin
CTO
The loving father of our property accounting software, he turns all the great ideas into new features and solutions. He brings decades of incredible experience to Provestor and translates requirements into tangible, robust software solutions. When he’s not coding, you’ll find Paul improving his family home (in the most efficient manner possible), cooking up a super-charged curry or managing his very own investment property.

Nadeem Raziq BA (Hons), FCCA, ATT
Head of Tax
As a fully qualified chartered accountant and tax advisor, Nadeem’s helped thousands of investors reach their property goals. He also benefits from his extensive knowledge by investing in his own properties too. He started his career at PwC and spent nine years in the big four, before specialising in property. When he’s not advising property investors, you’ll find him trying to keep up with his two small children or in the gym.

Georgia Froggatt MAAT
Assistant Manager
An experienced member of our Client Services team, you’ll typically find Georgia preparing year-end accounts, answering client queries, as well as working on self-assessments. Georgia is a huge animal lover and regularly competes with her horse.

Joe Tams MAAT
Senior Accountant
As an AAT qualified accountant, currently working towards ACA & CTA qualifications, Joe is a highly ambitious member of the team. He diligently prepares our clients accounts, tax returns and answers their general tax queries. In between his studying, you’ll find him watching his favourite sports (F1 or cricket) or on the golf course.

Sophie Maddock
Semi-Senior Accountant
Sophie's a real asset to the accounting team. She's always smiling and ready to help clients as well supporting colleagues. Outside of work, she loves getting her Nigella on, cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Ryan Smith
Junior Accountant
Ryan's enthusiasm and desire to help everyone around him is highly praised by both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys cooking, F1 and puzzle games - he's also a retired poker champion.

Owen Cockroft
Junior Accountant
Owen is a dedicated Account Manager, helping clients with queries, software support, and liaising with HMRC. A team player, he focuses on delivering excellent client experiences and improving processes. With a first-class degree in Mathematics and Physics, Owen is now starting his journey to become a qualified accountant. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games, and cheering on Derby County.

Daisy Macrae
Junior Accountant
Daisy is a Junior Accountant, working across accounts preparation and providing support to clients through emails and phone calls. She is currently halfway through her AAT Level 3 qualification and plans to progress to Level 4. In her free time, Daisy enjoys traveling to new places, staying active through running, and spending time dog walking.

Kathryn Nixon-Misi
Trainee Accountant
Kathryn is working towards her Level 3 AAT qualification while gaining experience with tasks like filing VAT returns and preparing Quarterly Health Checks. She shows strong commitment to her growth, advancing through her studies and learning from our accountants. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys time with her family and traveling to explore new places.

Chloe Stevenson
Trainee Accountant
Chloe is a trainee accountant, primarily focused on bookkeeping, alongside tasks like VAT returns, quarterly health checks, and updating confirmation statements. Having started with her AAT Level 2, she is now progressing through Level 3. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with friends and traveling to new places.

Jess Austin
Customer Success Manager
Jess has nearly 15 years customer service and sales experience, eight with our sister company, inniAccounts. She uses her customer-first mindset to guide all new clients through the onboarding process smoothly, understanding their needs and goals to find a service to fit them. She’s currently working her way through her TBR list of crime thrillers and is chipping away at her goal to visit every country in the world.

Annie Smith
Office Manager
Annie is our Office Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from bookkeeping and payroll to keeping the office stocked. With a background in office management and facilities, she’s a natural at keeping the business and its employees running efficiently. Outside of work, Annie enjoys time with her four children, exploring the Derbyshire wilderness, and sneaking in a boxset or two.

David Ducker
Development Manager
Qualified in computer programming and computer aided design, David works mainly on the front end development of our app, providing an intuitive UI for our clients. Before joining Provestor, he worked within the video game industry for 13 years before “deciding to get a real job”. In his spare time, David enjoys long rides on his motorcycle and all kinds of woodwork.

Robert Cooper
Software Developer
Rob’s responsible for bringing innovative and exciting features to life. You’ll find him working away developing our online accounting software and website, putting his BSc honours in Software Engineering to great use. At the weekend, Rob loves to watch motorsports or even drive supercars himself. He’s also recently taken his first flying lesson and he’s hoping to get his own pilot license one day.

Jayaprakash Veeravalli
Software Developer
JP is a Software Developer in our in-house tech team. You’ll typically find JP adding new features and optimising the software. He’s recently graduated form Nottingham University with an MSc Computer Science. When he’s not coding JP enjoys reading books, playing badminton, running, and watching movies.
