And the answer is always the same,

We would argue that when getting involved in investment property, and in particular Buy-To-Let, the smallest and easiest part of the process is finding a tenant.

If you have a full time job, or simply don't have the time or want the hassle, as part of our ongoing support, Provestor Ltd. can take care of this process for you. We will search our database of trusted letting agents and instruct them on your behalf. Due to the relationships we have built up with these companies, we are able to negotiate favourable discounts of the standard rate. We will meet with all the letting agents at your property and discuss how the property will be marketed, and ensure that the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement is drawn up according to the specification you have stipulated to us.

Provestor charge a one-off fee of £299.00 (ex. VAT), payable on application.

The service

We will meet with the letting agents at your property, ensure that the photography and property descriptions portray your property in the best way possible. We will discuss the marketing of your property to ensure it is receiving the best coverage possible. You will receive weekly updates of all viewings and enquiries with comments from the prospective tenants. We will liase with the letting agent, to ensure that the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement is drawn up to your requirements.
