What is snagging?

Snagging is the process of identifying faults with new build properties.
In a perfect world all newly completed houses and apartments would be pristine and also perfect. Alas this is not always the case. The NHBC paid out £35.1 million in claims to householders in 2004-5, compared to £30 million in the previous year.
