Our Promise to You
- We promise never to charge you a fee to access our website.
- We promise NOT to charge you an 'Introduction Fee' when the developer pays us a 'finder's fee'.
- We promise that if a deal falls through, we will refund 50% of all monies paid to Provestor Ltd., subject to our Terms & Conditions.
- We promise to do our own due diligence before presenting you with any opportunity.
- We promise to keep you updated on the latest opportunities, trends and market news.
- We promise to legally and fully document all transactions between us.
- We promise to negotiate the best possible opportunities on your behalf.
- We promise to pass on the FULL discount from the developer.
- We promise to provide all relevant information (that we have access to) in relation to any opportunity we present.
- We promise to respond to all communications, within a reasonable time frame.
