'Britannia Wharf' is a development off Mornington Road, Bingley, with Planning Permission for 129 units consisting of one and two bedroom apartments, specifically designed for this location. These designs are the result of extensive market research into what people want in a new home. Barratt consulted designers, architects, and technical advisers following which, these new apartments were launched.

Barratt operates a policy of continuous product development and consequently, individual features such as windows and elevational treatments may vary from time to time. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the information we provide is up to date, it should be treated as general guidance only and can not be relied upon as accurately describing any of the Specified Matters prescribed by any Order made under the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991.

The development is located on the former Britannia Mills Complex that has since been demolished to facilitate residential development. As with all land which has had a previous use, thorough Technical checks have been carried out by independent environmental experts prior to development commencing.

Prior to Barratt Homes' purchase of the land, the site was assessed by Consultant Engineers, who recommended a strategy for development of the site. This process will be carried out on a phased basis and has been agreed and approved by the Local Authority and NHBC.

All builders are required to comply with statutory obligations when developing new homes, including Building Regulations. Additionally, all builders are required to provide Health and Safety Information to the occupiers of newly built homes. Upon reserving a new Barratt home, you will be provided with a Barratt Homefile, which contains Health and Safety Information including material produced by the NHBC.

PLANNING NOTES

As part of the development and planning approval, there is no requirement to provide Public Open Space, and Affordable Housing within the site.
